A única coisa que precisam melhorar é o Check-In e o cadastro. Ficamos perdidas, pois não chegou nenhum email com link e a portaria não sabia quem éramos. Para acessar o prédio precisávamos ligar para a portaria e aguardar confirmação pois a foto não funcionou.
O imóvel é espaçoso e bem organizado. Localização excelente.

Muito bom.
Localização muito boa, tranquila, o flat bem novo, o que peca é a falta de pessoas físicas para resolverem problemas de imediato, no dia que cheguei meu controle do ar condicionado não funcionava, ou seja, dormi com calor, somente no dia seguinte trocaram o controle. Fora isso o quarto disponível era muito bom

Apartamento super bem localizado, infra estrutura ótima…Vale muito a pena, único porém foi a comunicação, tive problemas com o aquecedor do chuveiro o qual não foi resolvido, estava bem morno pro frio que estava fazendo, depois disso a conversa no WhatsApp travou e não consegui mais contato com eles…única parte ruim foi essa

Pontos positivos: Localização, ar-condicionado funcionando, rápido atendimento quando precisei, prédio organizado e calmo.
Os copos estavam com marcas de boca (usados), pia do banheiro enchia de agua e demorava pra descer, a porta da varanda nao fechava completamente, o que consequentemente tinha muito barulho de fora, os lençóis e toalhas manchados.
Já fiquei em outro apto do mesmo predio e a limpeza estava muito melhor, esperava mais pelo valor que foi pago.
