這個不是一般的酒店，更偏向於服務式公寓。入住前會收到一封郵件填寫個人資料，能看到酒店的條款比如衹在入住時提供一次毛巾和用品之類的，很明確。整個公寓很乾凈，公寓首層還有類似小賣部的地方可以購買速食零食和水，也有行李寄存櫃，根據行李大小和時間收錢。
不太好的地方的是我住的房間正對另外一棟樓的玻璃位置，完全不能開窗簾，否則會直接看到對面的辦公人羣

До заселения отель прислал форму для самостоятельной регистрации для каждого гостя. Столько личных данных не спрашивают даже при получении визы, поэтому мы отказались.
В отеле регистрация занимает около 2 минут, после чего на WhatsApp приходит инструкция по заселению. Вход в номер через пароль на двери - не самое удобное решение. Забегая вперед скажу, что на второй день замок вышел из строя и мы полчаса не могли попасть в номер - работники отеля слабо заинтересованы в помощи, но через полчаса нам всё-таки помогли (большие очереди на ресепшене всегда; видимо у всех проблемы)
Теперь про номер - номер достаточно чистый, но все сделано очень дешево. Раковина в комнате, а не в туалете. Вся сантехника очень хлипкая. Пока мы шли в номер - у соседнего номера прорвало один из кранов и затопило номер. То де самое в душевой. Крючок один.
Чайника нет, фена тоже (его можно арендовать в холле).
За 2 ночи у нас никто не убирался и не заменил шампунь и мыло.
Теперь про слышимость - она ужасная. Слышно вообще все - особенно из соседних номеров с общей стеной. До 1 ночи в номере компания из более чем 5 людей (как это возможно в маленьком номере) орала и что-то праздновала…
Микроволновка и плита есть, тут претензий нет.
Кровать тоже вполне мягкая, удобная.
Внизу есть мини маркет, где можно купить снеки, напитки и другие необходимые продукты. Это полезно.

Excellent in almost every aspect, including the great location. I recommend it. There is no intercom in the apartments. Communication with reception is only in person or by personal phone.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel has a good location. The room layout is OK and the price/performance ratio is very good. If no breakfast is not recommended, this is a very good choice.
