The person liked the hotel, despite the homeless people around, but this is normal in every big city center. Overall, she liked it.

The bed was too soft and caused back pain. I had to sleep on the floor of the room on the last day. The location is close to the subway station, but there are many homeless people around, which is not very safe. There's a smell of urine all around.

At check-in, they assigned me a room that was the same, and the bathroom had hair on the floor. The glass shower screen hadn't been cleaned. The toilet seat was broken. I complained to reception, and they moved me to a slightly better room. I was dissatisfied with the housekeeping service; I complained to three people for two days asking for a second roll of toilet paper, but they didn't. I had to go to reception to request it. The air conditioning was leaking. I complained, but I don't even know if they fixed it because I didn't turn it on again. Receptionists who aren't suited to reception wouldn't even look at me when I complained about something related to the room. Breakfast was unmarked; we didn't know what juice was on the table, nor what cake it was, and every day the cake was "solid," hard, making it difficult to cut. Not to mention the location, which is not good.

Insuportável o barulho interno e externo A pior hotel em que nos hospedamos, colchões velhos, inadequado para hospedar uma pessoa, barulho em todos os cantos do quarto, sem isolamento acústico, barulhos de quartos ao lado, corredor e pior o barulho da rua, não recomendo este hotel para ninguém, quando buscamos uma hospedagem queremos o mínimo de conforto e descanso possível, tivemos que ir embora não conseguimos dormir.
