It is said to be the best hotel in Sao Paulo. It is my first time here. Everything is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the rooms are very high-end. Recommended!

It’s a very bad Rosewood restaurant with no five-star experience. The waiters are worse than the cleaning staff and they make you wait for half an hour for check-in after 14:00. The after-sales checkout problem is also terrible. It’s an unimaginable experience.

This is a Brilliant property, nowadays, my top favorite would say. I could not get over the amount of beauty and local flair. Decor is magnificent for my taste . Big downfall is the service, front desk is not pair with the brilliance of the property. When they get that fixed, it will be fantastic.

Estrutura impecável, elegante, organizado, limpo, de muito bom gosto. Entretanto, o serviço, muitas vezes, beira a ser sofrível. Alguns membros do staff transbordam uma soberba incompreensível, a ponto de não responderem a um simples "bom dia" dentro de um elevador ou quase te atropelarem, quando do transporte de bagagens pelo corredor, mesmo que você seja o hóspede... quase pedi desculpas por estar ali atrapalhando o trabalho dele... o serviço nos restaurantes é muito, muito ruim, à exceção do Taraz. Acabo me sentindo estar incomodando todo o tempo. Não há qualquer sorte de acolhimento. Tapioca de queijo meia cura, na verdade é catupiry... bolo de milho, na verdade, macaxeira... os funcionários não esclarecem as incongruências do cardápio, além de servirem mal. E o mais grave ao longo da hospedagem: um segurança, no andar do Taraz, fez uma abordagem indelicada e deselegante, indagando se éramos hóspedes do hotel! Como respondi prontamente: "que espécie de pergunta é essa?", ele se desculpou dizendo que havia sido indelicado... Em resumo, estrutura maravilhosa, com um staff muito, muito mal treinado e beirando a empáfia, infelizmente. Não recomendo a experiência a qualquer dos meus.

No dia 29 de Agosto eu precisei escolher o melhor Hotel Restaurante de São Paulo para a celebração do aniversário da minha melhor amiga que mora em Londres. Então escolhi o Rosewood, uma escolha perfeita! Vivemos uma experiência incrivel! Que lugar maravilhoso, aconchegante, alta gastronomia, o cheiro, tudo é incrível nesse lugar! A Amanda Freitas nos recebeu com uma elegância, um acolhimento, foi uma experiência a parte a recepção dela, digna de Rosewood! Com certeza voltaremos muitas outras vezes!!! Parabéns a todos e em especial para Amanda Freitas do Le Jardin!!! Muito obrigado!!!

Estadia sensacional. Hotel fenomenal. Voltaria com toda certeza. Única coisa que acho que deixa a desejar , é o restaurante do café da manhã, pois abre ao público de fora. E você tem que entrar na fila de espera caso esteja cheio mesmo estando hospedada no hotel. Acho injusto. Mas fora isso o café da manhã muito bom também.
Atendimento da Natália na recepção é diferenciado. Está de parabéns!
