Bonito, linda vista mas o serviço para o preco que cobram nao vale. Pedimos uma garrafa de vinho de 378 reais e nao nos serviram uma unica vez, nao trouxeram nem um aperitivo.. nada. Queriamos jantar, mas desistimos, caro demais para o serviço que prestam. Pena!!!

Literally the place is WILD but the service is not that great. Considero o hotel mais bonito de São Paulo não só pela arquitetura mas pela localização privilegiada bairro nobre da capital paulista visão incrivel do parque do Ibirapuera o bar lounge e maravilhoso...os quartos tecnológico e lindos. Serviço e atendimento impecável. Sem contar que o bar da cobertura o Skye e meu favorito na cidade funcionários atenciosos...é onde gosto de me esconder de tudo e todos me sinto em casa pelo atendimento sempre gentil do UNIQUE

O atendimento é um diferencial. Todos muito cordiais e atenciosos o tempo todo. A questão do corredor é dos elevadores mais escuros causaram um estranhamento no início, mas vemos que é parte do estilo do prédio. As comodidades são ótimas, a piscina aquecida é uma delícia, o atendimento no spa foi ótimo e o restaurante é especial.
