An outstanding 3 night stay. The rooms, staff, public areas, pool, gym, and location can’t be beat. Highly, highly recommended! Will stay again on our next trip. The hotel’s Italian restaurant is excellent as is its sister restaurant, Gero, a block away from the hotel.

My friends and I stayed at Hotel Fasano for two nights. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Jardins... very safe and easy to walk around. We had rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. They were quiet and looked newly renovated. The linens were brand new, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The gym on the 22nd floor is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed massages at the tiny spa as well. But what really sets the hotel apart is the service. The front desk went above and beyond to give us directions, arrange spa and hair appointments, direct us to the pharmacy etc. Anything we asked for came promptly and we were always asked if we needed anything else. The one con of the hotel is the elevator. Takes a long time. But that is a minor problem

O que eu não gostei foi que na hora de fazer o check in, só liberaram o quarto às 17 horas. Quando pedi para fazer o late check out para as 13 argumentando o que escrevi acima, eles simplesmente ignoraram. O chck in pode ser feito às 17, agora o check ou,t não passa das 12, não é justo ao meu ver.

Fomos eu e marido, achamos um hotel bem reservado, para quem não gosta muito de ser visto. Os moços /manobristassão super educados, gente boa. Recepcionistas tbm. O quarto não achei nada de mais. Lençol não era dos melhores, banheiro só tinha cotonete e algodão, nem touca de banho. Tinha o chinelo deles. Não tem aquecedor no quarto, e estava bem frio. Café da manhã bem gostoso, mas nada de diferente . Bar Baretto tbm gostoso. Resumindo: não tem o luxo que deveria pelo nível do hotel. Se comparado a outros de mesmo nível ele está inferior
