Fuimos por el fin de semana con mi hijo mayor, estuvimos en una de las suites en el piso 14. Muy grande con todo muy cómodo, la cama, las almohadas, los sillones…todo el personal muy atento, como fuimos por el partido de la NFL, nos dejaron regalos alusivos, la verdad todo apunta a hacerte sentir cómodo. La ubicación es increíble, permite salir y caminar un poco, con una buena sensación de seguridad, zona de restoranes y de negocios de buen nivel. Muy bueno el restorán y la atención es muy buena, todo el personal muy atento. Es caro. Como contra , dos ascensores chicos, que hacen que haya que esperar bastante para subir o bajar…

This was a fantastic experience. The front desk kindly facilitated an early check in , and all staff were so friendly and welcoming despite me only staying one night. The staff were really just outstanding . I last stayed at the Fasano and this place is so much more genuinely welcoming! Congratulations!! The massage in the spa was also great and the room very comfortable and spacious. Only three rooms per floor. I loved the neighbourhood too with many wonderful restaurants. The only thing that I could fault are the lifts are very small and dated. Ha!

Unbelievable stay. All the staff was amazing and did everything possible to make us feel at home. We stayed with our 1 year old and they made sure that we had everything possible to make us feel safe and comfortable. Rooms are beautiful, food is excellent, location couldn’t be better. But the service and love we received from all the staff really made the difference. Cant wait to come back to Sao Paulo!
