O hotel tem apartamentos confortáveis, limpos e bem espaçosos. O café da manhã é muito bom,com frutas variadas, bolos, pães, sucos etc,porém o local onde é servido é um pouco apertado. O atendimento no balcão deixou muito a desejar principalmente a hora do check out, pois solicitei uma pessoa para ajudar a descer com as malas e o recepcionista disse que estava machucado e que não tinha ninguém para ajudar e a entrada do hotel só tem escadas, não tem acessibilidade para os que necessitam . A entrada do hotel também é bem descuidada.
