The room door lock is a bit of a problem, to pull hard, otherwise a bunch to open, tried the workers after cleaning the room did not tighten, I went back when the door to push open

Bad hotel for what it offers. Regular location. Facilities very deteriorated, curtains torn. Old moldy pillows, poorly adjusted shower, etc.
Check in was slow and time consuming, I had already stayed at the hotel and they had no QQ given, I had to do everything over again. Pretty weak.

I had several issues with my stay at the hotel, including room break-ins. I've stayed at the Mercure several times but this last one surprised me because of the problems.
