LOCATION: The hotel's location in Pinheiros is truly one of its strongest assets. I found myself within walking distance of numerous excellent restaurants, bars, and boutiques in this trendy neighborhood. DINE + DRINK: Didnt have any meals or drinks to comment about F & B ROOM: We stayed in Room 1905, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Excellent SPA quality toiletries by PHYTOERVAS brand FACILITIES: A very decent Gym with a good range of weights and Cardio machines for a full-on workout. They also have a Swimming pool on site. SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to TARUSO at the front office for enhancing our stay! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment, primarily in Portuguese ONLY!

All the services and staff, including those 2 gentlemans Junior and William they have been amazing with us , very helpful with our little son and us ! I highly recommend this amazing hotel ! The breakfast was so good, the location was great ! Thank you for everything ❤️

The hotel is clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk where William and Junior went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and had a room that would work for me. Thank you for a great stay!

Could be better Bathroom not so nice, hairdryer unsafe. First gave single room then a couple room but bathroom was defect. They were reforming the hotel, so they are improving ❤️‍🩹

Wonderful service We used the pool. Nice it was covered and not dependent on the weather. The restaurant was nice and the food good
