All the staff were very kind.
I think it's a safe area, right next to a famous big park.
Breakfast is also very delicious, and omelettes and other items are cooked to order.
The rooms are simple but clean. There are some small improvements here and there, but you won't have any problems with your stay.
There is a mention of a shared kitchen in the facilities, but I was unable to use it. The only disappointing thing was that the female staff member I spoke to at that time treated me badly.
