It was our first time staying at the Qoya Hotel. My friends and I have the habit of taking one day a month to "rest" without our families.
It was a very peaceful, comfortable and peaceful moment.
Excellent bed linens, location close to everything we needed.
Felipe and Francisco took great care of us. The breakfast was also very tasty.
We hope to become regular guests! Oh! And of course, we were able to make the reservation through the TRIP website. Although I don't understand why three of my cards weren't approved (?), in the end, everything went well.
It's a shame that the view we had was of a building that prevented us from leaving the curtains completely open, as we felt quite exposed.
Otherwise, we just enjoyed ourselves!

I highly recommend the Qoya Hotel—it was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our two-week trip to Brazil. Despite arriving very early after an 11-hour flight, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering an early check-in for a reasonable fee. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and stylish, with luxurious touches like plush bathrobes and slippers that made our stay feel extra special. The pool area and gym were impressive for a city hotel, providing a great place to relax and recharge. Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main shopping street. If we ever return to São Paulo, we would absolutely stay here again. I only wish all our hotel experiences were this wonderful!

Friendly staff on reception. A nice sized queen bed room with a walk in rain shower. Comfy large bed & pillows. All the usual amenities. Rooftop pool area with 8 sun beds which was very quiet. Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent, it seemed to stop for quite a while then come back again. We would stay here again as it has a good location.

O hotel é bem confortável, quartos de tamanho bom é que oferecem uma série de recursos tecnológicos. O banheiro é meio pequeno e o quarto também, pelo menos a categoria que eu peguei para apenas uma noite, pois não tem guarda-roupa tradicional. Como estava sozinha foi ótimo, mas para duas é melhor pegar uma categoria melhor. Tem um ótimo café da manhã e ótima localização. Destaque para o atendimento.

A great place to stay while doing business in Brazil. I enjoyed my stay and would like to thank Marcos, Luiz, Italo, Francisco, and Nunes for their kindness and readiness in making this an excellent experience. Thank you very much! One difficulty I had was finding space for business meeting. It seems to me that they have very limited number of conference rooms. I had to have my meetings in the dining rooms, which is not always proper. Um ótimo lugar para se hospedar enquanto faz negócios no Brasil. Eu gostei da minha estadia e gostaria de agradecer ao Marcos, Luiz, Ítalo, Francisco e Nunes pela simpatia e prontidão em tornar esta uma experiência excelente. Muito obrigado! Uma dificuldade que tive foi encontrar espaço para reuniões de negócios. Parece-me que eles têm um número muito limitado de salas de conferências. Tive que realizar minhas reuniões nas salas de jantar, o que nem sempre é apropriado.

Everything was nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great. To top it off, the evening dinner was even better. Had a robe waiting. I would definitely recommend staying here. They have valet parking for your convenience. The staff were pleasant, as well.

I stayed here for 1.5 nights for business. I found it on google and since it was in a relatively safe area and part of the Hilton Group, I decided to go for it. Pros: -Excellent service. All the staff here is very friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to the cool, tall, bald headed tattoo valet guy. -Good Brazilian BBQ restaurant on ground level called Dinho’s -Fast and reliable WIFI. Not once did it ever cut out. -Smart TV with Netflix and other apps. Good TV selections with English speaking channels. -Good location: you should probably still exercise caution, but many people walking around including school-aged kids. There is a nice indoor mall with a grocery store, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. all within a 5 minute walk. Cons: -Room felt a little crammed and some awkward designing -Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan -Walls are thin as you can hear people talking in hallway/doors closing. Be sure to bring ear plugs. The front desk allowed me to do a late check out without issue so I was very appreciative about that. If I visit again, I would be happy to stay at this hotel.
