Excelente localização, muitos bares e restaurantes à sua volta. No entanto, não é um hotel, mas parecendo um motel clandestino. Os apartamentos de bom tamanho, mas seus móveis avariados, controle remoto de tv sem pilhas, ar condicionado sem funcionar. Tudo isso seria de fácil solução, se houvesse um departamento preocupado em atender ao cliente. Existe apenas uma portaria, que nada resolve, apenas informando o contato de cada proprietário. Tive uma péssima experiência, jogando fora o valor da diária e alugando outro apartamento menos ruim.

Hotel econômico em uma excelente localização, talvez pudesse ter mais, porém por se locação por temporada entendo que o proprietário fez o que está ao seu alcance, a acomodação estava areumadinha e excelente nas condições que oferece econômica.
