Hotel horrível no check in não há uma pessoa, mas sim uma webcam com a qual você tem que interagir escaneando também um código QR que te manda de volta ao WhatsApp com o qual você pode enviar uma foto dos seus documentos. Quarto muito estreito com banheiro péssimo e sem secador de cabelo, área da piscina suja e ao redor dela, com piso em ruínas. A área é isolada e inconveniente para tudo. Era para ficarmos três noites lá, mas depois de duas horas, tempo de procurar outra hospedagem em São Luís, no ÍBIS Hotel, literalmente fugimos. Nunca nos aconteceu em muitos anos de turismo que tivéssemos que mudar de hotel depois de ver a estrutura, mas não nos sentíamos confortáveis em ficar lá. Quarta feira 7 agosto 2024

Quarto confortável porém com pouco espaço
Ficamos no quarto 11 que é um quarto de casal pequeno. A cama é confortável, mas o espaço no quarto é reduzido. O banheiro é bem pequeno, mas atendeu nossa necessidade pois ficamos só uma noite.

Precisa melhorar
Já esperava o quarto pequeno, a recepção remota, que são compatíveis com o custo-benefício que buscava. Porém, não justifica lençol manchado, toalha encardida, falta de itens no quarto por desatenção e desorganização. Ar condicionado funcionou bem, o que é essencial. Limpeza em geral, deveria ser melhor. Café da manhã básico, cumpriu a função.
