Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. I'm evaluating without check-out yet, but I liked the stay here. Room large, spacious bathroom with the box of the big shower, gas heating, warm water and very pressure. Breakfast with a lot of salty and sweet options. Free and covered parking costs 10,00. Great value of the day, we pay 270,00 with the ISS fee. A perfect hydromassage bathroom, academy with quality devices. We were received by Mr Eduardo from an incredible education and attention, my wife and I have been feeling customers for years, and that was only the first time we hosted here. The 5th star came due to the attention we gave, needed to go to the San José multi-use arena, the other Kennedy hotel is in front of the gym, Mr. Eduardo contacted the reception there and reported that he was asking for a vacation in the parking lot to leave the car without extra cost.

Stay next time. Remind, there is no kettle in the hotel, you need to go to the front desk on the first floor to boil water yourself, there is a mountain kettle there

I was on a group trip and one of the vehicles was in trouble we had to find the hotel and we found the Werlich, where the care, the concerns exceeded the expectation, the care provided all the support and we had a great accommodation, A great breakfast and still suggest where to dine nearby.

A localização é boa, com fácil e próximo acesso a BR-101 e a beira mar, além de uma boa estrutura de supermercado, lojas e posto de combustível nas proximidades. Grande parte dos quartos tem acesso apenas por escada fixa e portanto sem acessibilidade, como foi o nosso caso (apartamento 109). Neste dia da virada e devida a alta procura, os hotéis de Florianópolis, São José e Palhoça , reajustam suas diárias em percentuais que podem superar os 400%. Neste hotel as diárias subiram de aproximadamente R$ 200,00 para algo em torno de R$ 600,00 o que configura em certo abuso. O estacionamento é privativo e coberto, mas dispõe de poucas vagas e o plano B é estacionar na rua em frente que é calma e em zona azul, que estava desativada no dia da minha estada. Os quartos são simples, com acesso via chave magnética, uma boa cama, roupa limpa, guarda roupa fechado e com cabides, algumas tomadas e mal posicionadas, bom isolamento a luz solar é razoável isolamento acústico, mesa de trabalho, frigobar abastecido e guloseimas para comprar, minúscula TV de LCD com acesso a canais básicos, bom controle da iluminação e ar condicionado ruidoso mas que dá conta do recado. O banheiro tem um bom box, equipado com chuveiro elétrico e sem barras de segurança. Possui bons espelhos e secador de cabelo, mas não tem ducha higiênica. O café da manhã é bom, com bufe e sem possibilidade de solicitar itens adicionais. O suco de laranja não é natural e tem boas opções de frutas. O café é passado ou de máquina, a escolher. Como é servido no andar superior (sétimo andar), a vista é bonita das redondezas e inclusive se avista o mar. O atendimento é simpático e educado por todos os colaboradores. O custo x benefício para o valor na virada é ruim.
