Precisei se um pernoite e escolhi esse hotel, pois ja tinha me hospedado outras vezes. O quarto escolhido foi o modelo ja reformado, com banheiro e moveis modernos, limpo.Tivemos que aguardar um pouco para subirmos, pois como foi uma reserva sem antecedência precisamos aguardar providenciarem um quarto. Colchão e travesseiros confortáveis, porém o edredon e as toalhas estavam manchados. O edredon, principalmente, parecia sujo. A área do café da manhã foi ampliada, porem os itens continuam básicos. Senti falta da salada de frutas que sempre tinha disponível.

Experiencia horrivel. Quarto extremamente sujos e sem manutenção. Roupas de cano e banho da pior qualidade, atendimento péssimo. Havia insetos no box do banheiro, ninguém ofereceu solução. A recepção pede para entrar em contato com a gerência no dia seguinte. Não se hospede aqui.

Positive Points: -The crew are very kind and helpful and I really liked them. -The breakfast is normal. Negative Points: - The flash tank in the bathroom had a problem in the room and many times I asked them to fix it. - No drinking water in the room. - AC in the room was making a lot of noises which was old model. - There was no kettle in the room. - This hotel is too far from the city center and is not in good neighborhood and is not safe to be outside at late night.

Need to improve their variety of languages or have at least 1 bilingual person since it was a bit hard to communicate. The shower was leaking 24/7, the air conditioner turned off randomly but most of the staff was very polite and tried their best to make me feel welcomed.

Really bad hotel First of all the checkin process took forever. Then there were flies in my bathroom and dirty towels. Breakfast was disgusting and went by the pool and they don’t know how to process a payment. Also the staff hardly speak English so it’s really hard to communicate. I would not recommend for business nor pleasure.

Achei o hotel bem simples. O quarto sujo com areia no chão e nos móveis. Banheiro bem deteriorado pela maresia e box do chuveiro sujo. Não tinha no frigobar nenhum copo disponível. Qualidade dos travesseiros ruim e o armário para guardar roupas também sujo. No geral achei o hotel muito mal conservado.
