An incredible place with a stunning property and a magnificent garden – it was a pleasure to stroll around with our dog. The overall atmosphere is very appealing: tranquility, privacy, and a mature guest crowd, which is a huge plus as everyone respects each other’s space. I lowered the rating only because of the poorly designed “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room” door signs. The wind kept flipping them, and as a result, we were woken up several times in the morning despite setting “Do Not Disturb,” and our room wasn’t cleaned when we requested it. We didn’t make it to the restaurant because of inconsistencies with room service—ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken but received boiled chicken instead, and the same issue happened with the sandwiches. Everything was tasty and well-prepared, just not what we expected. We would love to return and will definitely recommend the hotel.
