Não recomendo! Reservei um alojamento com mais de 1 mês de antecedência, e na semana anterior à minha reserva mandam mensagem a informar que a piscina aquecida sofreu um rasgo, portanto a água não estaria com a temperatura esperada. Como se não fosse suficiente no dia em que iria ficar alojada ligam a informar que já não é possível ficar no alojamento reservado. Não dão valor à experiência, e infelizmente as soluções que propõem não são viáveis. Para o preço que se paga, é lamentável

Local excelente para relaxar e desconectar. Fiquei num dome e o dome está todo equipado, com ar condicionado e lareira. Fui em Fevereiro e estava muito frio na rua mas dentro do dome estava-se muito bem com todo o aquecimento. Tem kitchenette totalmente equipada. Há um restaurante no interior que não tem muitas opções de comida mas a comida é de excelente qualidade. A piscina coberta para mim foi o ponto negativo, porque a água não é aquecida, ou seja estava gelada, nem dava para usar.

We had a lovely stay at Reserva Alecrim, the accommodation is really lovely and well equipped. We were very kindly upgraded due to their being a maintenance issue in our booked accommodation. However, one thing that we were not aware of, was that the Pizza restaurant was not open at all, and the other restaurant had a very limited menu (3 main meals) and some of the stuff they actually didn't even have. So if you are going in winter - I would recommend bringing provisions and not relying on any of the restaurants there.

Experiência incrível. Alojamento com tudo o que necessitamos. Podemos recorrer a comer no alojamento ou escolher um dos restaurantes da reserva. Ótimo espaço para descansar e com imensas atividades que podemos usufruir. Recomendo. Funcionários muito simpáticos.
