Positives : ▪️The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable. ▪️The air conditioning worked well. ▪️There are several good restaurants within walking distance, making dining out convenient. Negatives: ▪️Upon arrival, we found that all three toilet paper rolls provided were already started. Throughout our stay, we did not receive any support from the owners despite requesting more toilet paper and soap when we ran out. This lack of basic amenities and support was disappointing. ▪️The shower in our room was broken, which was inconvenient. ▪️Unfortunately, there is little to no noise isolation. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, including loud neighbors at 4 a.m., which disturbed our sleep. ▪️The pool is very small, and the pool walls looked dirty, which was unappealing. ▪️The toilet at the pool was disgusting and remained uncleaned during our entire 4-night stay. ▪️Finding a parking spot was quite difficult, adding unnecessary stress to our stay. 🔹Conclusion🔹 Overall, it’s hard to recommend this hotel given the number of basic issues that were not addressed. If you’re considering staying here, you might want to look for alternative accommodations. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 3 stars. The lack of response from the owners, particularly when we needed basic supplies like toilet paper, is particularly concerning. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Almost a chateau Very different to other hotels. Designed really well with an almost French chateau feel. Great location

Great stay Simple, chic and really lovely. The place is beautiful and renovated so tastefully without any unnecessary frills. Would definitely recommend for a romantic break or a family. Our suite was wonderful for a young family and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus too. As guests you are also made fully aware of keeping noise to a minimum in the hallways - walls are thin and sound insulation is not amazing as the building is so old, so be mindful that if you’re early to bed, you may hear others coming back to their rooms later than you. We also had a small problem with our shower but this was rectified almost immediately by the team - excellent service thank you!
