Positives :
▪️The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable.
▪️The air conditioning worked well.
▪️There are several good restaurants within walking distance, making dining out convenient.
Negatives:
▪️Upon arrival, we found that all three toilet paper rolls provided were already started. Throughout our stay, we did not receive any support from the owners despite requesting more toilet paper and soap when we ran out. This lack of basic amenities and support was disappointing.
▪️The shower in our room was broken, which was inconvenient.
▪️Unfortunately, there is little to no noise isolation. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, including loud neighbors at 4 a.m., which disturbed our sleep.
▪️The pool is very small, and the pool walls looked dirty, which was unappealing.
▪️The toilet at the pool was disgusting and remained uncleaned during our entire 4-night stay.
▪️Finding a parking spot was quite difficult, adding unnecessary stress to our stay.

Overall, it’s hard to recommend this hotel given the number of basic issues that were not addressed. If you’re considering staying here, you might want to look for alternative accommodations. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 3 stars. The lack of response from the owners, particularly when we needed basic supplies like toilet paper, is particularly concerning. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

THE BEST: Without a doubt, the building is very beautiful, the hallways and the rooms, the air works well, the refrigerator is small but worked well. Beautiful and clean, the living room is very cool and has everything.
There is good parking a few blocks away in June and the center is close by.
THE WORST: If you go with children it is not recommended because the stairs are dangerous.
The jacuzzi was broken.
The pillows are very bad. In the room, a TV was damaged, the faucet in the shower and the one in the bathroom were broken, it danced but could be used.
They don't make up a room, they don't change towels, they don't pick up the trash, I think they change it every week.
Aesthetics take precedence over comfort and we end up uncomfortable with the placement of clothes, suitcases and bathroom.

this is a ghost building, no staff, no communication with owner, 90 steps in total from basement to top floor, no way of using a kitchen on top floor as you would have to cart every item of food up all those stairs. it is not suitable for older people, people with health issues, people with young children.in fact it is a fire trap with no way of getting out from top floors. locks on doors infuriating to use and noisy.

I saw in the comments "ghost hotel" which I find very appropriate. In fact, there is no reception area, codes are communicated by message in order to share the access codes to the room where there is a key for the rest of the stay. Room closing system not easy to understand and very noisy. The big negative point is the acoustics of this place, which I would not qualify as a hotel given that during our 5-night stay, we had no room service (trash bins not emptied, linens unchanged, bed not made , same in the common areas); it's more like a guest room without a host. Coming back to the acoustics, we could hear the neighbors from all sides, as if they were with us in the room. The same thing for the toilets; the sliding door, although pretty, allows us to hear everything that happens in the bathroom from the bedroom. Nice decoration but wobbly... you have to prop up all the furniture because it is not stable, the painted furniture prevents you from closing the drawers because the paint is crooked, so you could hear the neighbors putting away their clothes at 2 a.m. Pretty common areas, I appreciated the ZARA products made available (shower gel, hand cream, scent diffuser) which demonstrated a certain care given to the place. We hope you share these common areas with clean people who know how to do and put away the dishes...

Beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous interior, so clean & quiet. A real hidden gem. Comfortable beds & huge rooms. It’s located near the centre of the village and has a small pool and a lovely area to sunbathe out the back. The beds are nice and firm. Bathrooms all en suite.

Hello Nice clean hotel on arrival On the other hand ghost hotel no way to communicate because we don't see anyone, and on the phone if we don't speak Portuguese or English it's impossible and finally the rooms are not cleaned the trash cans are not emptied towels not renewed since our arrival 3 days
