Choosing this hotel for our Haitang Bay trip was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely perfect; it's super close to the lively night market and the popular Wuzhizhou Island, so getting around is incredibly convenient. My favorite part is that you can walk straight to the beach in just 5 minutes – perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening. Every photo you take there is a healing seaside shot. The hotel grounds themselves are a hidden gem for photos, with lush greenery and a fantastic design. Whether it's the lawn paths or the trendy scenic spots, every corner is incredibly photogenic; a nine-grid Instagram post simply isn't enough! A special shout-out to Miss Grape (葡萄小姐姐) for her warm and attentive service. From check-in to travel inquiries, she was patient and helpful, even proactively sharing local tips and itineraries, which made our trip so much smoother. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a very relaxing stay. This hotel is perfect for couples or friends traveling together. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Haitang Bay!

Facilities: From the infrastructure to the soft furnishings, everything was made of pure copper, which was high-end and aesthetically pleasing. The design was exceptional, with a central viewing area that was so beautiful I just wanted to stare at it. Hygiene: This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Environment: I felt like the air in the hotel was fresh and clean. Service: Every staff member smiled while helping me solve various issues.

The hotel's public areas are spacious and uniquely designed, full of artistic flair. The rooms are clean, tidy, bright, and well-equipped. The staff are warm and friendly, especially Shan Zhu (Mangosteen) who was exceptionally attentive. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the beach, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Overall, a great stay.

The room layout was excellent, with a wet/dry bathroom separation. The natural wood style felt very serene and clean. The designer-chic lobby on the first floor was perfect for photos. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the tropical fruits were incredibly sweet. The kids' club was massive, spanning thousands of square meters both indoors and outdoors, which my children absolutely loved. The Chinese restaurant had huge circular lights and an overall modern Chinese aesthetic, making for a very unique dining experience. The lobster was fresh too.

This hotel is really well-designed and nicely decorated. It's clean, and the night views are beautiful. They even have a special 'evening ceremony' performance, and it's super close to the beach. The breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety of options – perfect for a vacation. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, so having a car would be very convenient. Haitang Bay isn't as lively as the city, and it felt a bit deserted at night, but once you step inside the hotel, it's quite nice. We arrived late on the first day and found the curtains were broken, but the front desk promptly moved us to a new room the next day and even sent us a thoughtful fruit platter.

The hotel is new and very clean, with an overall Japanese minimalist style. The breakfast is quite rich, and the pool is fantastic for both adults and kids; my child absolutely loved the water slide 🛝. My son also participated in grass sliding and surfing experiences, both of which were great fun. I hope they can offer more activities in the future. The kids' non-motorized facilities, both indoor and outdoor, were all enjoyable. The butler service was very attentive and always met our requests. This is definitely a high-value-for-money resort in Haitang Bay.

First off, the hotel's design, with all its wood and stone, creates a wonderfully natural and comfortable atmosphere. Because of the typhoon, there were leaves everywhere, but the staff were constantly cleaning up the natural debris and puddles on the ground. The room itself was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the bathtub was perfectly clean. I also really liked the oak bath products provided. Finally, the hotel's buffet was delicious and very affordable. I ended up gaining two kilograms from all the amazing food!

The staff provided excellent service. Upon learning we were a family traveling together, they not only thoughtfully shared Sanya sightseeing routes, food recommendations, and tips to avoid pitfalls, but also tailored a personalized itinerary to our schedule. They even considered parking in advance, proactively helping us register our license plate so we didn't have to wait upon arrival and could enter the park smoothly. We felt a strong sense of warmth as soon as we arrived in Sanya.

From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They proactively offered recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. The hotel's proximity to tourist sites made getting around super convenient, and finding places to eat was a breeze. Parking was quick and easy. Our room even had complimentary welcome fruits and bottled water. Any requests we had during our stay were addressed promptly and efficiently – they even helped us receive a package quickly! The overall experience was excellent. The sleep quality was outstanding; the soundproofing was fantastic. We had a very comfortable stay. The mattress and pillows were just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the bedding was soft and breathable. The blackout curtains were superb, and the excellent soundproofing meant we slept soundly until we naturally woke up. The room temperature was perfect, and the air was fresh. It was a complete escape from any sleep troubles.

The location is a bit out of the way compared to other hotels, but it's very close to Linwang Night Market and Haichang Nightless City, which is great for evening meals. The decor is quite new, and the hotel is well-maintained with a minimalist style that I really like. A butler contacted me a day in advance, and the service was excellent with quick responses. The underground parking entrance is indeed quite narrow, so if your driving skills aren't up to par, you can use the above-ground parking, though spaces are limited. The outdoor pool is lovely, nestled among plants. You can cross the road to get to the beach, but there's only one access point; other exits are super far away. However, one morning after breakfast, I went to the gym to work out (using the fixed equipment normally) when a woman suddenly rushed in with her child, furious, demanding to know how long the gym had been open (it's a 24-hour self-service gym, mind you!). She claimed we were disturbing her child's online classes during the day and that we had kept them awake until the early hours the previous night (I'm guessing it might be because there's a bar next to the gym). I'd suggest that the hotel avoid assigning such rooms to guests who prefer quiet, especially during the off-season. Also, that woman was truly outrageous; other vacationing guests are not obligated to maintain absolute silence for you outside of quiet hours, and if you have a problem, you should contact the hotel, not yell hysterically at other guests.

Location and transportation: Quite close to the beach. Service: Pretty good, they extended my check-out time. Soundproofing: Good. Restaurant: Average value for money. Bed: Comfortable. Room view: Very good, you can see the large outdoor pool. Swimming pool: Open until 10 PM, the water isn't too deep.

The staff service was excellent [strong]. I booked two rooms this time, and they arranged early check-in, a small fruit platter, and children's amenities in advance. The staff also provided recommendations for local restaurants and fruit markets, which was great 👍👍. The evening ritual was also very nice. There was a thoughtful little detail of floating wish boats, and at night, a projector illuminated the tree and people's silhouettes in the lobby onto the wall, creating a beautiful atmosphere! ⚠️ Linwang Night Market is a place to eat. The oysters there are 30 yuan for 11. ⚠️ Linwang Community Fruit Market is where you can buy fruit, and the prices are very good. Small milk coconuts are 5 yuan. These two places are about 300 meters apart.

I was really happy with the room, and the hotel environment was beyond words. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff provided excellent service. I stayed for five days this time, and it was a great experience. They upgraded our room and arranged a fruit platter because we contacted them in advance. They were very responsive to all our questions and needs, replying instantly. I'll definitely choose Du again next time I visit!
