🏨近期入住的保利瑰麗酒店💁♀️每位關係員都熱情友好，笑容滿面，讓我感到賓至如歸。&&從入住登記到離開，他們始終保持專業且貼心的服務態度，讓我感到非常舒適和放鬆。在14樓大堂也會專門準備等房的甜品，很貼心。
🛏️房間的設施也很完善，舒適度極高。無論是床品還是浴室用品，都透露出一股高級感。&&這樣的體驗讓人心生滿足。

🌴三亞保利瑰麗🌴 房間設計簡約時尚 房間有大落地窗 床品舒適 衞生間乾淨整潔 洗浴用品味道不錯 但是潤膚露質感稍欠 工作人員的服務很貼心 進門就幫忙提行李至房間 。
特別表揚Ella 從入住前就認真介紹酒店各項設施與活動 細心瞭解客户需求 並及時響應 儘自己所能來解決問題。
唯一不足是餐廳早餐 一是可選餐品不多 有單獨下單的餐品並未及時告知每一位顧客 二是帶位安排欠妥 明明餐廳內有多個位置 但是在門口排隊等候時間仍舊太久 安排了桌子在取餐後變成了別人的 這個小插曲確實讓人吃驚
總的來説 三亞之行幾家酒店裡還是推薦瑰麗 瑕不掩瑜吧 推薦入住的～
