非常滿意的三亞住宿體驗，老闆人賊好，爽快利索~房間乾淨，跟描述一致，我們天天白天出去玩兒，晚上回來做飯，一住10天，根本不想走~

小區環境很好，平均房價3萬3，電視不用充會員，商家已買svip，親子觀影很快樂，三房一廳，一家5人出遊各得其所，有洗衣機可以給娃們洗衣服晾衣服曬衣服都很方便。美中不足的就是小童上下鋪，上鋪衞生不太行哈。整體性價比超值，淡季才249。

從2020年到現在，每年都要來這裏住一兩回，兩室，三室，四室都住過，房間基本都很新很乾凈！帶一家人住得很舒服！晚上還可以泡泡温泉，問了物管的人是真温泉且每天換水，很不錯
