海棠灣天房洲際真的超棒，做攻略的時候頭都禿了，xhs真壁壘所有酒店，最後選定了天房洲際、亞特蘭蒂斯和瑞吉。入住辦理的前台boy非常專業，效率高。酒店所有不管是接機司機還是客房服務還是遊樂設施還是餐廳的工作人員都超級nice服務到位，你還沒提就會主動考慮你的需求。出發前就有兩個客服一個確認房間一個確認接機服務，接機司機開得又穩又好。客房很乾凈整潔，設施齊全，餐巾紙盒不止一個，加床也很軟很舒服，淋浴噴頭力道完美。餐廳的海南菜比外面大眾點評推薦的海南菜要更好吃

服務很好，酒店走到沙灘也很方便，對枕頭要求高，管家Avril提供了乳膠枕，早班機來不及吃早餐，管家安排了帶走的早餐。

這次入住三亞海棠灣天房洲際酒店，總體感覺非常棒👍設施齊全，服務周到，完全符合國際豪華星級酒店的標準，更妙的是酒店的地理位置，就在cdf三亞國際免税城隔壁！絕對是來購物的遊客之不二之選！更想不到的是，酒店贈送的接機服務，用的是一輛賓利🤭還要感謝酒店賓客關係部的Bobby幫我們升級了房間，告知了酒店的一系列活動，並在我們入住期間提供了很多幫助❤️下次來三亞，還會選擇入住這裏～～～
