Very helpful staffs, good rates during dragonboat festival, not much noise and crowd which is great. The outdoor pool was heated which was great and comfortable.. connects to the other Wanda hotel which is bigger (apartment style hotel) where we had the photoshoot inclusive in the room package. Room was huge and the personalized butler is very proactive to needs. Lovely stay - I would recommend this!

We rented a villa with a private pool. The location is splendid, and the common areas are of a high standard. The villa is well-maintained but showing its age. The pool lacks a sufficient pump to keep it clean. During our stay, the garden was not well-kept, with dead flowers everywhere. The breakfast was decent but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel with good location. magnificent hotel decoration. The two bedroom villa is just incredible for a family stay. Very good breakfast. Very friendly reception staff. one point to improve for Europeans: no one speaks English at reception. Thank you for this superb stay.

An amazing place to stay in Sanya. We rented a Villa with a pool and ended up staying an additional 2 days, we didn’t want to leave. The staff are lovely and the resort is very relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay at wanda reign. Originally we only planned to stay for 1-2 nights but ended up staying for our whole 5 day trip. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful views from the lobby, luxurious villas with private pool, great pool near the beach etc. What we really liked was how private the resort feels. A lot of the other resorts are full of people and there is almost no privacy, that is completely different here. The other major plus was the service. From the moment we checked in Alex helped to upgrade us to a private villa, helped to arrange toys for our 1 year old, arranged for food to be delivered to the house etc. He made us feel very welcome and was a great help. Also barry from the concierge service was great. Always helping to arrange buggies to bring us to different places. Very friendly and professional. We also like to thank the hostess at the breakfast (unfortunately we didn’t get her name). She made us feel welcome and understood our preferences after a few days which was great. Last but not least we like to thank 梁俊豪 from the lobby bar. He makes great cocktails but what really impressed us was his service mindset! He is very proactive and thinks for us, very detail oriented. Thanks all for a great stay! We will be back.

I booked the trip for a total relaxation with the pool when it was still under the Hilton name. To have a personal pool connected to a room is the reason to stay here. However, it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English at times especially with room service. I would suggest they have a app to use where people can just type or click what they need instead of having to call especially if only limited staff can help foreigners. My room was not completely ready when I arrived, but they were quick to fix it when I pointed it out. The beach walkway had a lot of broken areas which made it difficult to walk.

In the place where high-end hotels gather everywhere in Haitang Bay, the only pure resort hotel, Wanda Reign Resort Hotel, is full of swimming pool villas and rooms. The garden landscape is very good. It can be seen that Wanda invested a lot of money when building the hotel. The circulating swimming pool in the room plus the garden landscape are full of holiday feeling. The room mini bar is very rich and is provided to guests free of charge. The welcome fruit given by the hotel is very generous. The service is very good. They are very detailed and responsive to the guests' requirements. The front office manager Roma gave me a very warm and hospitable feeling. He treated the guests more sincerely. It is also worth mentioning that the breakfast menu of the hotel restaurant is a la carte breakfast until brunch at noon. The restaurant waiters are all very enthusiastic. The restaurant manager Samantha takes care of the guests in every aspect. In general, if you want to choose a hotel with a good environment and good service in Sanya for vacation, Wanda Reign is also very good.

The hotel can meet my needs very well. The housekeeper Cindy decorated the room for honeymoon in advance and sent a honeymoon cake. It was so thoughtful. She asked me what supplies I needed every day. There is also a villa barbecue and a villa. The breakfast time is open from 7:00 to 12:00, which is very friendly to early risers. The service breakfast is also very good. The coffee is very delicious, highly recommended! The room is very clean, spacious and bright, and welcome fruit is given. It is very close to the airport, a 40-minute drive away. The beach is very lively in the evening. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. There are seafood food stalls. The most important thing is that the hotel’s swimming pool is too beautiful, and the photos are very good. Cindy’s service is too good. I will look for housekeeper Cindy next time.
