服務：前台穿個白衣服的也不搭理你，很拽，我東西擱在前台我説我出去買點東西等會回來我拿，白色衣服前台直接問我那個房間我説房卡沒帶忘記了，他就不搭理我了，把我東西往哪裡一甩，我説等會我回來拿，就不搭理你了頭也不抬了，
衞生：房間一股什麼東西發了的味道，
今天早上退房我把房卡給白色衣服前台又頭都不抬了，跟我是他仇人一樣，要是心情不好就別來上班影響我旅遊的心情，這個前台要是不處理給我回復，我就老打12345投訴。垃圾
