親子活動豐富，小童樂園的亞麗很親切，服務熱情，帶着小朋友做了餅乾，酒店環境很好，綠視率很高，管家前台欣欣無論多晚都及時回覆信息，真的很貼心～在中秋節入住還送了月餅～房間雖然設施不是很新 但是很乾凈
住了戲水房和別墅區 酒店的人員都很熱情，擺渡車去沙灘也很方便！
房間內小童專屬使用用品齊全，但是別墅區需要提前告知有小童入住
網紅槳板/小童樂園活動/小童手搖船孩子玩兒的不亦樂乎

整體來説性價比還是比較高的，酒店服務做到很好，管家小程和客房服務員熱情周到。酒店別墅區的環境很好，花花草草打理的井井有條；房間硬件設施可能還需要提升，房間空調聲音比較大對於睡眠不好的客人還是有影響，還有就是熱水慢且水流小。

非常非常好的體驗，與對象來蜜月旅行，管家小程安排了房型升級。一個大套間，帶游泳池，景色、套間太美了太美了。服務非常好，從酒店到別墅需要坐小車，體驗感拉滿，謝謝管家小程。另外客房準備了非常浪漫的佈置，小天鵝和玫瑰花很給力，謝謝客房部小麗。
