I stayed in Banyan Tree Sanya for one day. I kind of regretted only arranging a one-day stay. It was so comfortable and super quiet. Breakfast was available until 13:00, which is a real blessing for lazy people. The service was also super good. Although it is old, the privacy is super good. The hotel staff are also very nice. Xiao Xue is super nice. He helped me with my luggage when I checked in and waited to see me off when I checked out. He also asked me if my stay was good. How could it be bad? Super! I like it very much, I will come again next time!

住之前還有點擔心設施很舊，其實沒有評價説的那麼糟糕
辦理入住的時候前台的MIA小姐姐讓加了微信，雖然這幾天滿房還是提早幫我們辦入住，主動幫我們約餐廳，然後接下來每天用車、打掃、取外賣等等，微信上隨時溝通隨時解決，貼心又方便～
整個酒店打理的很用心，植被很茂盛，泳池很好，整體也很安靜，符合悦榕莊一貫風格～
缺點：這麼多年過去，明明是以香薰和SPA為賣點的悦榕莊，為什麼自己品牌的洗護用品一點進步都沒有……現在是個隨便的鄉村野店都會用愛馬仕洗浴套裝的年代了，備品是大瓶的就算了，真的不太好用也不太好聞，記得以前還有那種特色木製小梳子，現在不但沒有了整體都有點糊弄

寧靜舒適，鳥鳴啾啾，感覺生活在森林之中。私家沙灘人少景美，特別是日落，美不勝收。早餐時間超長，直到下午1點，且味美精緻。所有工作人員都很周到細緻，主動詢問需求，快速提供服務。前台mia辦理入住迅速，主動加微信，服務貼心。這次入住非常滿意開心。
