酒店的位置很隱蔽，所以整體比較安靜。沙灘衹會有住店的客人。公區環境真的很漂亮，很有度假的氛圍。公區泳池的滑滑梯還蠻刺激的，好玩。早餐種類不算特別多，但味道還不錯。房間設施就真的是因為時間比較久了，設施一般，但勝在還是比較乾淨。重點點贊文華的服務，特別是我們的管家Owen ，服務很細心周到。下次度假仍然會考慮文華

定了觀海軒，房間雖小五臟俱全，重要的是景色絕美！大海就在眼前，而且管家小姐姐eve還給送了酒店的項鍊，每天的問候關心也很到位，服務很好，酒店早餐和晚上的燒烤自助也好吃，下次來三亞會再住這裏噠！

房間位置很棒，度假感拉滿！嬉水聞濤閣名副其實，光每天拉開窗簾就被治癒了！
整個園區充滿度假風情，不是那種現代化網紅酒店風格，非常舒適有被補到。
管家Gaby提前加了微信，約海上活動、餐廳景觀位或者房間需求都可以微信直接溝通，很方便，除了小童浴袍洗漱用品和床圍外，還貼心地給小朋友準備了小禮物和甜品，感謝！
每頓都在酒店吃的，麪吧和自助看海一級棒，日落吧第一排俯瞰海景可以一坐一下午。

我糾結了很久，因為體驗真的是喜憂參半。先説好的地方，Jessica服務不錯。公區設施也不錯（主要就是衝著滑滑梯過來的）。很想吐槽幾個點：
1. 首先是游泳池那邊的衞生間，最裡麪那個男廁所，馬桶都已經侵染成屎黃色的了。真的需要換了，太影響心情了
2. 然後就是接駁車，我至少有三次打電話壓根就沒人接，然後還有兩三次過了很久才接。這一塊你們得想想怎麼改善。哪怕是加一句不好意思久等了，也行。
3.前台旁邊那家餐廳，味道還不錯。但是好評送冷飲的做法太掉價了。我們都點好了東西，送過來的時候才説有給好評送冷飲的這個活動。我看着剛剛花55元點的一杯可樂，心情有點複雜。。。
4.健身房的設施實在是太老了，後面去了艾迪遜後，衹説健身房的體驗感，真的是高下立判。
第一次住文華東方，之前看了很多差評，但還是來了，就是因為孩子喜歡滑滑梯。如果沒有滑滑梯，我們下次應該不會再來了。男廁所那個屎黃色的馬桶。。。真的一想到就噁心

酒店屬於一步一景的酒店，環境非常的好，建築和房內設計雖然老但是是少有的將就和品質，以至於回到杭州依然懷念酒店，酒店設計非常的智慧簡潔，東南亞風格硬件和天然景色的品質非一般五星級比得上吧，沙灘真的是全中國比較少有的保存的好的自然沙灘，我並不覺得房間老舊，反而一進去就有一種親切感。現在的新晉的完全沒有辦法比。酒店並不主打親子，住入住這個酒店，其實主要是放鬆和享受慢生活拍照之類的。推薦龍蝦餛飩，哪怕房間送餐都見識到了超五星大廚的手藝。

是文華的老粉啦，公區設計，尤其是泳池設計，真的是三亞top1，度假感十足，在酒店閑逛，在泳池游泳，都特別特別開心，每次來都住得不想走，和朋友一致認為下次來三亞還會再住。管家kiki非常好，有求必應，我很喜歡小禮物。後來我不小心受傷，工作人員和司機師傅也是給我消毒，送我去醫院，再送我去機場，好感動。早餐也很好吃，整體比艾迪遜要好太多。房間我不覺得老舊，但被子稍微有點潮濕，洗漱池下水不太好。小建議：真的很喜歡之前沙灘邊的帳篷，但這次來沒有了，希望還可以再安排hhh總之，一切都很好，我很滿意，也很開心，還會再來。
