Traveling with my parents, fortunately the shuttle bus can be called at any time, which is especially suitable for the elderly with poor legs and feet. The whole hotel has a strong garden style, and the scenery is beautiful with every step. The sea water is clear and blue, which is especially good for photos. The housekeeper Rita is very attentive and sent welcome champagne and small cakes. All the service staff have excellent attitudes and respond quickly. It is a highly recommended resort hotel.

被三亞文華東方驚艷到！先不説酒店的各種設施，非常完善，不愧是頂奢！所有工作人員非常熱心耐心細心的服務態度。尤其感謝我的管家（王智毅kennys）還沒到酒店就在幫我安排我的各種要求，包括送東西到房間。沒有我喜歡的水果，也要找我想吃的水果味蛋糕送到房間。總之就是非常滿意的入住體驗！
