Our stay at the St. Regis Sanya was absolutely exceptional. The property itself is stunning, with lush tropical gardens, a breathtaking private beach with powdery sand, and the iconic translucent infinity pool that seamlessly blends into the ocean horizon. The serene and luxurious atmosphere made for a perfect escape.
A special mention must go to our butler, Earl Wu. His service was discreet yet remarkably attentive. From ensuring our sun loungers were ready to promptly arranging transport, his anticipatory service added a wonderful layer of ease and comfort to our holiday. He truly elevated the entire St. Regis experience

入住整體體驗挺好。贈送了草編包和椰子。椰林海景雙人晚餐:挺好的，量大，一份兩個人吃足夠，還贈送了氣泡水和小甜品。
首日入住歡迎水果:歡迎水果有香蕉百香果，但是衞生間牆壁老舊，有些影響整體潔凈度。外賣衹能送到大堂不能用機器人送到客房有些不便。

客房服務挺及時的，基本有求必應，延遲退房也提前詢問了，帶着孩子去的，相對安靜，早餐很豐盛，第二天天氣很好，送的項目體驗感都很好，包括旅拍也沒有説一直讓人消費精修加片什麼的。管家seven服務很周到，迴應很快，很贊！

8號到了直接電話預訂住的園林房 管家Daisy挺好的響應很快，半夜要個冰塊十幾分鍾也送到了。11號-13 定的泳池房 感覺瑞吉兩個泳池有點少 想體驗一下別墅 升級了兩天的一居臨海別墅 5000一晚的別墅 還配備專屬管家 我覺得這個服務還沒有原來園林房的管家響應快 送個冰塊一個多小時迴應好慢大部分都是原來的管家Daisy響應我。別墅早餐可以點餐 還可以。感覺別墅管家很失望。總體來説還可以 由於航班是晚上9點，退房延遲到了3點還安排了休息房休息到6點。

瑞吉酒店外觀是熱帶建築風格，大氣，漂亮，給人深刻印象。
酒店依山傍海，站在通透寬敞的大堂，極目遠眺，是視覺和心靈的享受：椰樹高聳，草坪茸茸，沙灘銀白，大海蒼茫……
客房寬敞，床被整潔，陽台舒適，景觀優美。
房間裏的用具也比較講究，洗漱間的電吹風是戴森吹風筒；淋浴頭水量充足。
早餐豐富，食材新鮮，廚藝精湛，服務周到，還有一些海南特色菜品。
路邊超大的蝸牛，還是第一次見，趣味滿滿。
酒店營造了良好的賓客關係，對於客人的細微反映，敏鋭而認真，顯示出了少遇的高素質和高情商，為酒店的高檔次增色。
衹是，客房眾多，接待具有規模，走廊縱深，初來乍到，猶如迷宮。

Absolutely fantastic, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was outstanding, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our entire visit.
A special shout-out to Janet, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Every single day, she greeted us with a warm smile and was always ready to assist with anything we needed—whether it was providing great local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable.
The hotel itself was impeccable—clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The room was spacious and cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal for exploring the area.
