寒假二刷土福灣嘉佩樂，帶娃住了兩天，體驗超棒！參加了晨起儀式和入夜儀式，滿滿的儀式感，孩子也很喜歡。中餐廳的菜品精緻美味，泰式餐廳的咖喱超正！酒店環境優美，服務貼心，孩子玩得很開心，設施也很完善，下次還會再來！可能是因為住客較多，服務響應比上次開始稍慢一點，這點需要提高。

5千多的房價要啥沒啥，服務人員都耷拉個臉跟欠他們點錢似的，房間的吹風機男士短頭髮放最大風最熱吹10分鐘才幹，最重要的我們吃了早飯回房間12點了，給前台打電話問能延時退房嗎（我住了這麼多五星級都能延時）前台説不能，那好我們就趕緊收拾東西退房，結果過了差不多十來分鐘又催我們，你們可以説現在是入住高峯，但是我們的那一層和我們的房間連着三個房間從昨天我們入住到退房根本就沒人入住，我從陽台都能看到。我們是從仁恆皇冠和艾迪遜過去的學學人家的服務，人家是怎樣為顧客考慮的，人家的入住率更高也能延時一會，也沒催過，花五千多最差的一次體驗。垃圾！垃圾！垃圾l

春節家庭出遊，嘉佩樂是孩子第二次入住，第一次入住後回來就説這個酒店好還要再去，春節前一個月預訂了酒店價格比較划算，入住前有酒店的工作人員提前聯繫加了微信，到店當日應當是由於客人較多，下午三點還沒有入住，值班經理Lilly給升級了一個房型，比較巧的是上次住的夏府，這次趕上了春府，兒子説下次那就把秋和冬也住了，春府兩層採光會有一些遮擋，但是從私密性和舒適度而言更好一些，酒店的文旅官Irene期間一直的服務都很貼心，整體來説嘉佩樂除了地理位置稍偏了一點，其他的都還可圈可點，酒店算是陵水，所以打車會比較麻煩，6座的商務滴滴上沒有，首汽約車要五百多，攜程的價格還可以三百多，如果用車能改善就更完美了。
感謝工作人員的服務，期待下一次的嘉佩樂之旅。

早餐和餐廳都非常棒，住了兩次都很滿意，水準在線。房間面積大，床品睡着很舒服。文旅官Monica不錯。小童活動可以進一步提升，目前的親子活動安排質量一般，建議引入專業的親子託管活動。
