房間寬敞明亮，有一個超大號陽台，坐在陽台喝着咖啡看着大海不要太愜意。入住後酒店就送了歡迎水果，小童餐點。管家Rebecca在入住前幾天就和我們聯繫，入住後的我們的要求都得到很快恢復，體驗感很好！給管家點贊。
但是酒店好像不太適合親子，沒什麼親子活動，應該酒店主打也不是親子酒店。適合比較喜歡安靜度假的遊客。

在網上看了很久最後選擇嘉佩樂，酒店很大每個地方都可以觀光車接送，最近三亞天氣剛颱風還比較忐忑天氣會不會天天陰天，結果每天都是晴天就下午5:00左右開始降雨，酒店服務真的是一大亮點，文旅官Krystal很貼心，真的是有求必應，酒店沙草坪打理的很好沙也很細，早餐也很多選擇，小盆友小童區很不錯，我家小盆友耍的都不想出來，這次親子行酒店還有很多項目都沒體驗，下次再來

這次來三亞太開心了，酒店選的是我覺得正確的，三亞整體的旅遊服務以及酒店品質越來越好
尤其是佳佩樂酒店，非常滿意，Krystal小姐姐非常體貼，給我們做了升級房型 知道我們喜歡喝椰汁，給我們送了好幾次椰子，綠豆湯非常好喝，時刻關注我們需要什麼，總之就是值得

帶着很高的期望值過去的，結果到了有很大的失望！號稱三亞第一奢華酒店，除了大堂的水景有點特色以為其它都很一般！辦理入住的時候，前台貌似不會微笑，冷冰冰的，感覺欠她錢似的！酒店裡比較陳舊，很多地方都掉漆了，沒有修補！服務人員年齡都偏大，整體感覺不太舒服！酒店也比較偏，周圍沒有什麼地方好逛！唯一比較滿意的是酒店的床品還不錯！但應該不會考慮下次入住！
