這次的入住，硬件和酒店環境還是一如既往的好，整體也能看出員工和客人的溝通是酒店平時的培訓和要求，總體而言是友好和積極的。
很遺憾的是前台在辦理入住時破壞了整體的感覺，當天入住時客人確實是比較多，但是這位前台也不至於把客人的入住辦理成快捷酒店的“登記”吧，不缺乏禮貌用語，但是全程態度冷談以及帶有一絲不耐煩，更離譜的是還未辦理完，有位男員工直接開始和這位女員工開始聊工作上的事情，把客人晾在一邊，極其不專業和尊重客户。細節當中見真章，望下次入住時有不一樣的體驗。

非常滿意 房間給了偏好的樓棟樓層 窗外的景色就像一幅畫 房間設施很好，公區很漂亮，管家服務很貼心，這家酒店生怕你餓着，一會送下午茶一會送夜宵甜品店的，每次回房間都有驚喜。感謝我的管家Grace Ye，度過了愉快的假期，水上活動也很豐富，宅酒店也不無聊。

Ethan提前幾天就把我加上了，服務態度非常好～我提前説了因為是蜜月希望有些佈置，到房間發現還貼心的送了一瓶紅酒並且佈置了些氣球，很驚喜，每晚上還有甜品和水果贈送. 柏悦的沙灘玩下來確實是三亞最好看的，果凍海白沙灘，下次來三亞肯定還要來柏悦住幾天～
