雖然家庭旅遊度假9次來三亞，多數是住在亞龍灣五星灑店，這是第二次住海棠灣，上次住在海棠灣的亞特蘭蒂斯主要是玩水族館和水上遊樂園，對酒店設施和服務沒有太深刻的印象。這次住仁恆皇冠假日度假酒店印象很好，酒店大氣，房間足夠大，特別是觀景陽台很大，每天早上都要坐上一會，窗前就是大海，免費升級到至尊海景房，服務非常周到，特別要表揚一下管家，體驗大使Tony，服務非常專業，敬業，態度好。該酒店是三亞最好的親子游頑度假酒店。

酒店人員態度很好，服務周到。衞生收拾的挺乾淨，環境也不錯，頂樓大泳池也是我和孩子很喜歡的，早餐豐富喜歡，親子活動項目也好多，孩子玩得很開心，第一次來三亞就選擇了仁恆皇冠酒店，我和孩子都很喜歡這個酒店，非常滿意，下次來三亞 還會選擇來這個酒店！
