Molly得服務值得五星的標準，酒店得食物雖然價格也很高，但是味道是真的比外面得外賣好太多了。食材用料也是好料新鮮的。房間整體也很不錯，就是沒有咖啡機，不過前台也送了飲品卷可以喝到現磨咖啡。到了房間Molly也會很快的詢問有沒有枕頭，小童，飲用水等等細節上的需求。

由於孩子很喜歡仁恆，所以又一次選擇入住，第三次的入住體驗非常好，管家Tony的服務周到細心，從協助預訂房間就非常貼心，安排的房間也非常滿意，可以近距離欣賞海景，孩子長者都很滿意，期待下次的入住😊

第一次來三亞怕踩坑一共住了3家酒店，小孩子的打分為仁恆皇冠10分、君悦7分、泰康5分。1、仁恆皇冠的位置、環境、舒適度、服務都很好，特別表揚一下Jane的服務很及時周到，活動很不錯小孩子很喜歡，賴着不肯走奈何除夕要回去過年了，衹住了一晚，下次來必選，酒店離沙灘很近，行政海景房相當棒直麪大海（下附圖），還包含了晚上到簡餐雖然品類不多但是勝在口味不錯；2、君悦中規中矩服務一般，不會踩坑，晚上到活動小孩很喜歡但是整體樓層不高且到海邊有點距離海景一般；3、泰康服務是有的，衝著恆温泳池房去的但是私人泳池只有28度不適合下水，晚上的表演一般，早晚自助餐也比較一般，距離沙灘更遠因為在路的北邊，房間可以看到對面那棟的陽台私密性不好另外房型內部比較繞拿取東西圍着床在繞。
