環境還不錯，距離南山文化旅遊區很近。很佛系的老闆，全程都是電話或者微信聯絡.房間還比較大，樓下院子可以停車，養了很多雞，半夜會聽到雞叫聲有點吵…馬路旁邊好像是鐵路，火車經過的聲音也聽得很清楚.

衞生：村裡的民宿，馬馬虎虎，角落能看出來不夠乾淨，但床和衞生間還行。
設施：洗澡熱水不足的感覺，天熱，倒也無所謂。
環境：雞叫比較吵，但這不是民宿的錯，選的環境就是這樣，可以接受。
服務：尚可，早上退房時候沒有見到人，主打無接觸式退房啦。

首次入住。因為行程第一天要去南山景區，所以就近選擇了這家，按經驗，選最新的，其實多少也有些擔心。到了已經很晚了，老闆娘都睡著了，打了電話也很熱情的辦理了手續。房子是自家住建房，景區周邊都是村，沒有商業街，也沒有便利店。房間很新，衞生也挺好的，沒有電視，熱水是空氣能的，得開一分鐘才出熱水。店裡很佛系，讓我放心開水流着。前廳基本沒人，偶爾有也是在悠閑喝茶，很佛系呢。打車到南山景區要10元左右。景區有一堆吃的，就是價格高些。

連瓶水都不提供，商家自己弄了個櫃子賣水，還比外面超市貴很多，離開很久都沒給退房，打電話讓她退房，很不耐煩得語氣，體驗感很差，大家注意避雷

離南山景區距離近，遊玩景區比較方便。客棧其他都還好，只是感覺被子有點厚了，三亞氣温較高，薄一點的被子更適合吧。
