每年帶孩子到三亞玩幾天，這是第二次住華邑。依然非常好！位置依山傍水，前有海，後靠山，旁邊有湖泊。酒店有特別多的活動可供孩子參加，家長比較輕鬆。帶孩子的幾位小姐姐也非常好，各種活動很用心，誠懇不敷衍！小童娛樂設施也越來越多，很豐富！衞生狀態還是很不錯，我個人有些潔癖，衹是有些邊角稍有灰塵，可以改進，但一般也不算問題了。到店當天比較晚，門前服務生又搬行李又引導停車，熱情友善，可惜當時沒注意記住名字。另外管家小滿Abby💖在入住期間很用心，每日都悉心詢問是否有什麼需求，服務周到且又不過分打擾，恰到好處。有什麼需求都能盡力解答與滿足。特此提出表揚！

This stay was really full of surprises! The design style of the hotel really touched me - it is modern yet artistic. The lighting fixtures in the lobby and the detailed decoration of the room are all high-end, and you can take a photo of it! I especially want to praise the butler service. The beautiful Xiyao was considerate from check-in to check-out: helping with luggage, recommending niche check-in spots around, and even noticing that I had a cold and actively sent ginger tea. It was really heartwarming ❤! The room facilities are also very trendy, with smart home control, ambient light adjustment, super comfortable bedding, and even bathroom supplies are niche luxury brands. The location is also convenient, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the beach. If I have to pick a flaw... maybe it's that it's too easy to take pictures, which almost made me miss my trip. 🐷 I will definitely stay here again next time!
