Our room was on a high floor with views of both the lake and the ocean. There were so many family-friendly activities, like the panda dance, magic shows, and lacquer fan making in the lobby. The breakfast spread was extensive with a wide variety of options. The infinity pool was perfect for photos. My child absolutely loved the water park downstairs; it was genuinely great for kids aged 3 and up, and there was even crab catching! The beach was just across the road, with hotel sun loungers and staff, who also provided sand-digging tools and towels. The mini-bar was replenished after we finished items, and bottled water was unlimited. Our butler, Beibei, was incredibly attentive and responsible.
