The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's also great that you can do your shopping right away. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend it.

Booked a sweet room, the service is super good, there is a jacuzzi on the roof, you can see the sea on three sides, you can see the sunset, the location is also very good

地理位置優越，行5分鐘到達著名日落地點￼oia castle￼，空間闊落，￼有陽台，早餐一般，房間的水壓有問題，洗澡時水壓有時很小，用了很多時間才能清洗完畢

The location is excellent. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the famous sunset spot ￼oia castle￼. It has a spacious space and a balcony. The breakfast is average. There is a problem with the water pressure in the room. The water pressure is sometimes very low when taking a shower. It takes a lot of time to clean it.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel in Oia, in the suite with roof terrace and private jacuzzi, and it was great! Superbly located 15 seconds from the main street but without hearing it, which is great for reaching activities and restaurants. The roof terrace was very pleasant with its jacuzzi and its direct view of the famous sunset of Oia. The included breakfast was very generous, delicious and of high quality! The most that made all the difference was our host Valentina who was incredibly kind and who guided us in every detail and never hesitated to even accompany us to better guide us in our excursions. I really recommend this hotel!!!

We book a room in this hotel, and my wife had an accident days before to arrive there, so she couldn't walk, we ask to the hotel by email and more, we went in person to ask for help, because we needed cancel the reservation cause my wife's accident. They refuse in both cases (Email and in Person), even when booking tell us that they don't have problem to cancel but the hotel had to accept. The receptionist so rude, tell us in every moment that she wasn't in her labour's time. Finally we had to do a big effort to go there and don't lose our money. Plus, they show that they give you a breakfast, but they don't have own kitchen so they send you a restaurant near them. (The breakfast start at 09 AM be aware with this if you must travel early in the morning).
