Eravamo stati ospiti al Relais alcuni anni fa, ma che le cose non fossero più come una volta l’abbiamo capito subito all’accettazione, quando sentiamo due membri del personale che si insultano di fronte a noi. Proseguiamo con un pranzo leggero e ci viene proposto il bar dove la temperatura a luglio è insostenibile e l’aria condizionata evidentemente non funziona. Ma “la perla “ arriva quando raggiungiamo la piscina e nonostante ci fosse stato assicurato al telefono che l’evento in corso si sarebbe concluso alle ore 15, alle ore 16 ci troviamo di fronte ad un’orda barbarica di festaioli con asciugamani a terra , bicchieri ovunque, pezzi di pizza sbocconcellati sui tavoli e musica a palla. Pensavamo di aver prenotato un Relais et Chateaux (costo della camera 600€) e ci siamo ritrovati in un girone dantesco. Fatte le valigie e ripartiti…fine settimana rovinato.

Premetto che non sono fissata con le recensioni, ci dedico solo se decisamente negative o quando ne vale davvero la pena. In questo caso è la seconda. Amo molto viaggiare e sono sempre alla ricerca di strutture di alto livello in cui poter apprezzare il bello, la ricercatezza, i servizi, la cura e attenzione al dettaglio e al cliente . Relais san maurizio è stata un’esperienza decisamente meritevole. Cominciamo da luogo: un incanto immerso della natura dove è davvero possibile riposare gli occhi, la mente e il corpo. La piscina all’aperto consente di godere della stagione estiva, la spa è molto bella e consente invece di godere di un relax scenografico anche al chiuso. Ho seguito due messaggi con la stessa terapista, perché davvero eccezionale. Ho cenato al bistrot, provando praticamente tutto il menù: piatti di altissimo livello, ricercati, altissima qualita, compreso il servizio davvero attento e di alto livello. Il servizio è a 360° eccellente: l’attenzione al cliente si respira fin dalla prenotazione, ma posso confermare che durante tutto il soggiorno, il personale tutto, ci ha fatto sentire coccolati. Preciso ho soggiornato con una bambina di un anno e due mesi . Il Relais è assolutamente adatto per famiglie e allo stesso tempo per adulti che desiderino puro relax: la spa infatti è accessibile per i bambini solo dalle 9:30 alle 10:30, mentre la piscina all’aperto ha accesso libero. Tornerò di sicuro sia in coppia che in famiglia.

Purtroppo nella camera non è segnata, non corrispondeva al prezzo pagato il bagno cieco, camera piccola insopportabile Eventi convettore che durante la notte non ha mai smesso di soffiare rumorosamente. Purtroppo non posso dichiararmi soddisfatto e non potrei consigliare questa struttura Colazione buona.

We stayed two nights and this awesome relais. A little bit far of everything but it’s absolutely stunning. Gorgeous gardens and beautiful decor inside. It has two restaurants, one with an outside area with beautiful scenery and the service of Simo was amazing! One restaurant is closed on Sundays so we could not go to that one. They also have a very cute bar which is open till midnight. I would definitely recommend this relais!

Il silenzio viene interrotto solamente dal canto degli uccelli. Un relais da favola, dove vorresti che il tempo si fermasse. Eleganza, raffinatezza, pulizia e cortesia di tutto personale, contraddistinguono questa splendida location. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura strepitosa, Camere e Spa impareggiabili, colazione molto buona, anche se non memorabile. Vista sulle colline assolutamente favolosa, Parco interno incantevole. Unica piccola pecca: la cena al Bistrot dell' Jotel non è stata niente di speciale. Per il resto è un posto da favola
