The room had a luxurious feel, but the furniture was scratched and dirty, and I could feel the age of the place. I was also bothered by the moldy smell. It was the most expensive per night among the foreign hotels in Santo Domingo, but to be honest, it was just in a good location, and I felt that the price was not worth it otherwise.

This hotel is so convenient, for shoppers, for fine dine lovers and for people who look to get a great customer service. We stayed there three nights and had a great time, loved the breakfast and specially Belkis the waitress was so attentive and professional.

Worst night at a hotel
Check in was slow, the room wasn’t ready when I got there even though it was already check in time. Then they gave me the wrong room, a double bed when I had reserved and paid for a king. They finally changed it after like an hour and a half and gave me the right room but there was loud music in the pool area at 2am that didn’t let me sleep and despite calling the front desk numerous times they didn’t know where the music was coming from. I was only there for one night and it was a terrible experience, I couldn’t rest at all.

Very nice hotel, the room is very confortable, the bed is amazing, soft, many pillows available. The staff is very kind all the time. The barbecue serves during the dinner is great! Many types of meats, salads and sides. Really worth it. It is very well located. It is possible to go around by foot. The access to the BlueMall is easy, there are very fancy stores and restaurants inside. Hope to join it again sooner.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were amazing and helpful. Veronica front desk manager I believe went out her way to help us rent a vehicle. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, food was really good and prices were reasonable. Hotel is a little pricey but worth it.
