o lugar é lindo e a estadia foi boa. nao é um hotel caro, logo, o serviço é justo para o que se paga. a equipe é muito simpatica.
o café tem inicio as 8:00 e o proprio hotel oferece passeios (pagos) com inicio as 8:30. Tentei entender a logica, mas existem coisas que sao ilogicas, entendo que esse é um exemplo.

Ótima estadia
Estadia maravilhosa,
Espaço eh ótimo, toda a equipe é maravilhosa, simpática e atenciosa.
Acomodação eh simples mas com muita qualidade.
A prainha o bar e o restaurantes são uma atração a parte. Descansamos, tomamos bons drinks, andamos de caique… queríamos desligar e conseguimos. Vale a pena!

Leider war es im Zimmer sehr laut, da an der hinteren Wand die Klimaanlagen von drei Zimmern befestigt waren. Als wir das beanstandet haben, hat der Besitzer ungünstig reagiert und gemeint, dass es damit noch nie Probleme gegeben hätte. Später meinte er dann, wir können uns morgen ansonsten nochmals melden... Wir haben die Lautstärke gemessen: 82 Dezibell, sorry, da kann man echt nicht schlafen. Am nächsten Tag dann keine Rückfrage mehr vom Besitzer.... schlechte Gastgeber! Nicht kritikfähig, schade. Die Anlage ansich ist sehr schön, Essen und Frühstück gut. Für die sehr laute Musik vom Dorf können sie nix dafür.

O hotel é muito integrado com a natureza! Tem uma praia no rio que é uma delícia de banho! Acho que tem potencial mas precisa melhorar. Por exemplo, o café da manhã não tem variedade e é trazido a mesa , acho que colocar algumas opções para cada hóspede se servir de acordo com sua dieta seria mais prático e outras opções poderiam ser feitas na hora sob demanda. Não dispõe de toalhas para levar aos passeios! Considerando que muitos hóspedes chegam de outro estado ou até outro pais… não poder levar uma toalha para o rio que tá no quintal da propriedade ou para os lençóis dificulta muito! Ficamos num chalé para 4 mas achei muito pequeno pelo preço cobrado. Além disso, o acesso da pousada é difícil , vc não estiver num carro com tração e a pousada é distante do centro, o que inviabiliza fazer um lanche por exemplo. Na pousada tem opção de refeição , mas não tem lanches.

Ciamat tem uma área externa bem arrumadinha e agradável, os donos e funcionários são bem simpáticos,mas eu não gostei do chalé que ficamos, detestei o banheiro sem porta e no lugar tem uma cortininha e sem teto, privacidade zero. O chalé que ficamos não tinha ar condicionado, só um ventilador de teto, não morri de calor porque sou do tipo friorenta, mas imagino que se estivesse mais quente ia ser impossível dormir, o café da manhã é razoável. Fica afastado de tudo, não dá para ir a pé no centro da cidade onde tem algumas opções de restaurantes. Enfim, achei caro pelo custo / benefício.

Fantástico! O hotel é rústico, mas muito charmoso, limpo, confortável e os funcionários muito educados. Nossa cabana ficava em frente ao rio, e o local proporciona uma paz incrível. O Tiago cuidou de todos os detalhes da nossa viagem e é muito atencioso. A Emma (cachorrinha) e o Mimico (gatinho) nos divertem bem como o despertador Sr. Galo! A alimentação é orgânica e o pão é a geleia do café da manhã é feita por eles e muito gostoso! Espero voltar mais vezes!

Ciamat Camp was a nice site, but we felt it was lacking some major things.
The area within walking distance around Ciamat Camp had practically nothing to offer, so we felt we were stuck to the grounds at Ciamat Camp during our stay. At Ciamat Camp, food was served only during set hours, so you could eat only during those set times. The site was very quiet, but there wasn’t much to do besides relax. We were offered some day tours, but the prices were very expensive compared to the prices at other locations.
Ciamat Camp is very clean and calm and relaxing, but it is lacking some major things for guests.

A pousada fica numa área bastante arborizada e com fundos para o rio, porém do lado oposto onde está o centro da cidade com outros hotéis e restaurantes. Sendo assim você fica obrigado a comer na própria pousada. A comida é boa e o atendimento tb mas para mais dias acaba ficando sem opção. As acomodações são bem simples e embora haja ar condicionado em alguns quartos não tem frigobar o que é inconveniente para ter uma água gelado no calor que faz por lá. Os donos são atenciosos e agendam inclusive os passeios.
