Atendimento dos funcionários ótimo! Alimentação boa, porém a manutencão do hotel, como um todo, deixa muito a desejar. Exemplo: Ficamos, eu e minha esposa, em um aptº categoria luxo. A cama "king sise" eram duas camas de solteiro, com desnível entre elas. Luz de cabeceira e da sacada queimadas (falta de atenção na manutenção). Porta do banheiro, toda remendada. Enfim, aspecto de Hotel mal cuidado.

Passamos 2 dias no local. Nos sentimos em casa, atendimento acolhedor de comida simples e um excelente café da manha. As águas realmente quentes e com banheiras que fazem você esquecer da vida, no bom sentido. Vale a pena.

Tudo que você imaginar de bom em um hotel desde a entrada no espaço externo ao interno é sensacional, comida, acomodação, atendimento, cordialidade, entretenimento, piscinas, limpeza, massagens, tudo nada mas nada é ruim, não tenho nada a dizer sobre coisas ruins tudo muito bom.

O lugar além de histórico, é muito bonito, envolto pela natureza. Os quartos poderiam ser mais confortáveis. A comida é boa e o atendimento é bom. É um hotel antigo mas poderia ser mais bem cuidado para nao acabar virando um hotel velho.

O hotel fica localizado ao lado do fontanário das Caldas. Ele utiliza as água termais em sua estrutura como banhos de banheira e piscina, já incluso na diária . Porém o hotel é muito antigo e eles mantém uma ala histórica sem banheiro privativo . Na ala mais nova , tudo é muito velho , banheiro com caixinha de puxar a descarga , assoalho barulhento , duas camas de solteiro encostadas e vendem como se fosse cama de casal . Precisa de uma reforma urgente : o local de refeições também , como todo o hotel . Possuem sistema de refeições inclusas, porém bem básica , o que gostei que oferecem água termal na mesa ou piscina sem custos . Ar condicionado no quarto . Atrás passa um rio lindo , leve repelente pois os mosquitos te devoram . Funcionários muito educados e prestativos !
