Lugar que ha perdido todo su encanto y cuidados. Mantenimiento nulo. Humedades, necesidad de pintar interiores y exteriores, mobiliario y cortinas rotas, jardín y piscinas descuidados… Colchones con necesidad de renovarlos, sofás deteriorados… un largo etc.

Todo genial, habitación, comodidad, tranquilidad y ubicación. La atención nada mas llegar muy bien. Al casco histórico tienes 4 minutos andando. Camas muy comodas, las almohadas como en todos los hoyos y apartamentos…mejorables 😀 pero para repetir seguro al 100%

Schöne Apartmentanlage fußläufig zum Zentrum von Santillana del Mar. Die Apartments sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und verfügen über eine kleine Terrasse Richtung Garten. Ein Pool ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist nett, die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption sind zeitlich begrenzt. Bei einer Anreise am Abend wird der Zimmerschlüssel deponiert. Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden.

Excelente apartamento, ideal para familias o grupos. Muy limpio y acogedor, con buenas vistas a los preciosos parajes de Santillana. Encantados con los servicios ofrecidos y todo muy nuevo y reformado. Totalmente aconsejable para pasar unos días tranquilos!!

Magnífico apartamento para disfrutar unos días de esta maravillosa zona. Muy bien situado, en un sitio tranquilo, pero muy cerquita del centro de Santillana. Equipado con todo lo necesario, incluso lavavajillas. Limpio, confortable y bien cuidado. Para lavar la ropa hay una lavandería común para todos los apartamentos. Tiene aparcamiento exterior y cubierto. Las zonas ajardinadas y piscina están bien conservadas. Sin duda, volveremos.

Estuvimos del 13 al 15 de mayo. Fui un poco clienta coñazo porque no sabíamos exactamente el número de personas que íbamos y al final me quedé corta con el apartamento que elegí, después de haberlo cambiado. Total, que me facilitaron en todo momento los cambios que hice, u cuando metí la pata (como había otro) me cambiaron el mío por uno de más capacidad al comentarle mi situación. Da gusto la disponibilidad y las facilidades que te dan él ciudad de Petra. MUCHAS GRACIAS por vuestra amabilidad.
