Hemos estado en tres hoteles de akla y en el de la posada y en el de Santillana nos a parecido fatal ! No nos llega el cogido para entrar a la habitación debemos llamar para que nos abran y tardan muchísimo. En el de Santillana hemos pagado desayuno incluido, nos han dejado en la habitación (leche,pan y 2naranjas).. que no contaban con más nos han dicho. Y en el de la posada en jacuzi estaba en mala condiciones .

Las imágenes con las cuales venden la habitación no corresponde con lo realmente te encuentras al llegar, la limpieza del espacio deja mucho que desear en nuestra habitación habían moscas, el jacuzzy al conectarlo olía verdaderamente mal, a pesar de su precio no había accesorios de baño y la habitación estaba a nivel de calle y todos los que pasaban por la plaza podian Ver la habitación al completo y claro al tener las cortinas cerradas la luminosidad de la habitación era bastante escasa. Realmente una decepción de lugar no repetiré nunca

Bad experience. I booked the room with breakfast included. Breakfast is already in the room when you arrive. There's a coffee maker that, when we put the tablet in, started leaking water and coffee grounds, staining everything. Even though I cleaned it, there was no way to get it to work, so we couldn't even have a coffee. I decided to contact the girl who texted us on WhatsApp so we could check in online, but she didn't pick up the phone, answer our messages, or even come to the room to change the coffee maker. Coffee is the least of it; you go out and get one in a bar. The problem is that there's no customer service. There are two contact numbers, and they don't answer either one. I texted WhatsApp numbers, which they read, but didn't answer. The room is large, but the bathroom and shower are very small. The jacuzzi is large enough for two people, but it's built into the wall, making it very difficult to access. Very poor value for money.

Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador.

The stay was unsatisfactory. 1. Soft mattresses. 2. Smelly jacuzzi. 3. Broken coffee maker. 4. The room has no soundproofing; you can hear everything from the street and other rooms. 5. Broken exterior shutters, so ventilation is impossible and they cannot be closed, so you can hear everything. 6. The bathroom door is very difficult to close. 7. The opening system could be improved. 8. Ants in the room. For all the above, I think it's shameful that they charge that price considering the facilities and services offered.

Habitación llena de hormigas. Una ventana a un patio de luces sucio y donde colgaban unas bragas o de repente unos calzoncillos por lo que te pueden ver perfectamente si estás en la habitación y otra a una calle estrecha. El reloj de la Colegiata se oye mucho. El jacuzzi encajado entre 2 paredes. Se oye al resto de los huéspedes. La responsable (Ana) no te coge el móvil. Las escaleras de acceso son muy difíciles de subir, no creo que den permiso al edificio para explotarlo como hotel porque no reúne las condiciones mínimas. Desayuno muy mal, la cafetera no funcionaba y no pudimos desayunar , la encargada no contesta nunca. NO PERMITE RESEÑAS EN GOOGLE Y ESO DICE LO SUFICIENTE Muy caro para el servicio que dan
