A quirky old building, well furnished and updated. Very friendly staff. Got two different answers about parking rates from Central Parador services and locally, but in event just parked in public car park which was not much further away. Only €4 for 24 hours

Una experiencia maravillosa. El parador combina encanto histórico y comodidad. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es perfecta para explorar Santillana del Mar, así como disfrutar de la montaña y el mar. Muy recomendable.

Hemos estado dos noches en este parador. Me ha encantado. Es de los paradores que más me ha gustado. Señorial, bien decorado, acogedor en fin una monada. Las habitaciones preciosas sobre todo la 115. Espero que cuando volvamos esté ya el otro parador que ahora mismo estaba en obras. El desayuno perfecto. En resumen un 10.

Aunque el parking se encuentra actualmente en obras, se encuentra muy próximo y permite salir y entrar de la población con comodidad. Tanto la estancia como la atención y como todas las instalaciones de Paradores son un lujo.

Es un privilegio poder alojarte en este parador, en un entorno realmente espectacular. Acojedor, bien conservado a pesar de ser un parador antiguo, confortable, y sobre todo un personal que te hace sentir como en casa. Dispone de aparcamiento, cosa que se agradece, porque el pueblo es peatonal. Muy recomendable

Este parador es uno de los paradores en los que más a gusto hemos estado. Se respira tranquilidad y paz en todas las dependencias. La habitación que no tocó resultó muy confortable. La cama muy cómoda, el silencio que se respira en el parador permite descansar muy bien. Resulta muy acogedor por la decoración y el ambiente de tranquilidad que se respira. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

Muy buena estancia, en un parador con una ubicación inmejorable. Amplias habitaciones con unos salones muy acogedores, con una terraza para disfrutar. Desayuno correcto, con un personal siempre dispuesto a atenderte. Mejorable el kit de baño, para un parador de 4 * debe tener más atención -sin necesidad de pedirlo. La mejor opción para disfrutar de una preciosa ciudad como Santillana
