Muy buena estancia, en un parador con una ubicación inmejorable. Amplias habitaciones con unos salones muy acogedores, con una terraza para disfrutar. Desayuno correcto, con un personal siempre dispuesto a atenderte. Mejorable el kit de baño, para un parador de 4 * debe tener más atención -sin necesidad de pedirlo. La mejor opción para disfrutar de una preciosa ciudad como Santillana

O parador fica no coração de Santillana, que é a Plaza Mayor. O acesso de carro é meio complicado, pois o acesso que o Google Maps indica tem ruas bem estreitas, e o acesso mais fácil (que o hotel só indica depois que chega lá) não aparece no Google Maps. Sugiro ao hotel enviar por email um mapa para os hóspedes mostrando o acesso mais fácil de carro (ou deixar disponível no site do hotel). Construção histórica, quarto com estilo bem antigo e piso de madeira que range, mas com banheiro moderno. Cama muito confortável, wifi excelente. O café da manhã é básico, não tem muita variedade.

Nos hemos alojado varios días y pasado la Nochevieja y el Año Nuevo. Y hemos aprovechado su buena ubicación para conocer los alrededores. Está situado en una villa maravillosa como Santillana del Mar (merece la pena verla detenidamente), declarada conjunto histórico-artístico. Los servicios que ofrece y sobre todo la atención prestada por los trabajadores, han superado ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, para recomendar y... volver.

Charming hotel in the center of town
Beautiful room with two balconies and lovely furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was cavernous. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge.
