La ciudad es muy agradable y el parador también. Lo que falta es un poco más de atención al cliente y de amabilidad. Sobre todo en el comedor. Los platos son excelentes, pero se mejoran con una sonrisa. Pagamos por eso, por ser atendidos con gente amable. Es por esta razón que vamos muchas veces en los paradores de España.

Como siempre lo mejor el personal de recepción. El acceso a parador se puede convertir en una pequeña aventura al igual que el accesso al aparcamiento. El restaurante relación calidad precio nada más que correcto. De todas las maneras Santillana vale la pena ser visitada.

Conozco esta cafetería desde hace muchísimos años. La atención por parte del personal cada día peor, que caras, que actitud al atender, desganadas y sin ningun deseo de agradar, da toda la sensación de que van a su aire, sin nadie que controle. todo ello con los precios que tiene. En fin, de mal en peor.

Es un Parador precioso cuyo servicio debe de estar a la altura de la excelencia de Paradores. Pedimos un consomé que estaba en carta y nos sirvieron un agua de calcetín que no dábamos crédito. ¿Es que no se prueban las cosas? También se debería controlar el ruido en la sala porque comer con niños pequeños maleducados, que lloran y chillan, no es muy grato. Cuando vas a un Parador esperas encontrar algo diferente a un hotel, no lo mismo o peor.

Parador bien intégré dans le village qui est magnifique. L'hotel est un peu viellissant mais toutefois agréable grâce à son emplacement dans un village ancien qui a conservé ses vestige d'antan.

A quirky old building, well furnished and updated. Very friendly staff. Got two different answers about parking rates from Central Parador services and locally, but in event just parked in public car park which was not much further away. Only €4 for 24 hours
