Habitaciones limpias, cómodas,silenciosas y decoradas con detalle Piscina Desayuno completo y variado Entorno excepcional Únicamente como punto decepcionante,que el spa solo tiene chorros de cuello,sauna ,jacuzzi y duchas,no hay chorros distintos,nada más .Por lo demás el spa,bonito,tranquilo y limpio

Confort et accueil superbe. Mais notre chambre donnait sur la route… très passante. Beaucoup de bruit malgré les fenêtres fermées. Literie moyenne mais nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’il y avait plusieurs catégories de chambres, bien sûr en fonction du prix. Le spa était un vrai plus . Pour 18€ par personne, 2 jacuzzis, sauna et 2 piscines.

Estuvimos 4 noches con la intención de pasar unos agradables días de descanso y tranquilidad en la naturaleza. Nuestra experiencia se vio truncada cuando la tercera noche, a la una de la madrugada, mientras estábamos durmiendo nos vino a llamar a la puerta de la habitación una mujer de recepción acusándonos de estar armando follón. A la mañana siguiente nos fuimos a quejar a recepción por este comportamiento tan surrealista e insólito, falto de pruebas y de veracidad. No volveremos a un hotel donde se despierta a los clientes a la una de la madrugada, para acusarles de mentiras. Añadir además que los desagües tienen un olor insoportable.

A friendly receptionist (Jorge) checks you in. The women in the bar were friendly and happy to chat. The hotel is clean, fresh and ready for the most demanding guest. In the rooms, crisp linens and a (pod) coffee maker for the morning.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas,el servicio de Spa,parece que solo puede ser para muy pocas personas,ya que si va una pareja con 1 niño ya te preguntan si eso no será un problema.Nos cobraron Sin Avisar,4 días antes de llegar.No se podía apagar la calefacción,sin que se autoencendiese de nuevo.Calorrr! Y por último,la cama de 1,35 cm...pequeña.Hemos viajado mucho toda la vida y eso es una cama pequeña para un hotel que dice ser de esa categoría. El desayuno muy bueno,por decir algo favorable a nuestra experiencia...y buen aparcamiento Hotel bonito.

La categoría de cuatro estrellas no se corresponde con las instalaciones. Moviliario y decoración muy impersonal. No es un ambiente acogedor No hay teléfono en la habitación. Las habitaciones son pequeñas.

The hotel is situated near the main road about 5 minutes by foot from the center of the beautiful village of Santillana de Mar. Ask for a room on the back. The Zoo is a2 minute walk. The museum of Altamira is 5 minutes by car. The beaches are 6-8 km by car. Our room was on the small side because we had refused a “ king” size bed of 1,50 cm in room we reserved. This room with 2 beds was cheaper, however our request for some extra coffee cups was denied. A win win for San Marcos. The HVAC was on but was not working properly and only blew very cold air in the room. When a Spanish group arrived it was turned off completely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good,

Ligging: het hotel ligt net buiten Santillana del Mar. Het centrum van dit prachtige dorp is in 5-8 minuten wandelend te bereiken. Er is op eigen terrein gratis parkeergelegenheid. De Zoo is in 2 minuten te voet bereikbaar. Het beroemde museo de Altamira is in drie minuten met de auto te bereiken. Nadeel is dat het hoofdgebouw van het hotel aan de provinciale weg is gesitueerd. Vraag om kamers aan de tuinzijde. Er zijn andere gebouwen die iets verder van de weg afgelegen zijn. Er is een zwembad. Het strand is, anders dan de naam del Mar doet vermoeden, 6-8 km van het dorp verwijderd. De stranden zijn goed met de auto bereiken. Lopen is niet aan te bevelen. Het ontbijt en het avondeten zijn goed. Vriendelijk personeel, ook achter de balie, met mijn dieetwensen werd rekening gehouden Er was een klein incident over de grootte van het bed. In de beleving van het management is een bed dat 1,50 breed is een king size bed. Dat was misschien zo in het Spanje van de jaren 60 van de vorige eeuw. Wij hebben gekozen voor een kleinere en goedkopere kamer met een dubbel bed. Desondanks mochten extra cups met koffie niet worden verstrekt In de kelders is een mooie verzameling klassieke auto’s en motoren. Alles bij elkaar genomen 4 sterren.

Muy bueno en sentido calida/precio. Excelente servicio. Muy amable. Informan sobre todo, tambien en plan turistico. Facil para aparcar- tienen su propio parking. Muy acogedor con todas facilidades: piscina, spa, restaurante, 7 minutos del casco viejo de la Santillana. Habitaciones muy limpias con grandes y comfortables colchones. El alrededor verde.Tiene su cosa extra lo que es la exposicion de antiguos coches y motos que partenecen a la coleccion de lo duenos. Hemos pasado un tiempo fantastico!
