Close to the airport, I always stay here for my layovers, and I've been here many times. The rooms are good. The front desk service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but other times they're very strict about check-in times, refusing to let me check in before 3 PM even if there are available rooms, and even though I'm a Wyndham Diamond member. The restaurant food is decent, but a bit pricey by local standards.

i had just arrived Santiago , for my first time, - i am familiar with the chain name so booked it -- from the moment i arrived, every staff member from the front desk, bellmen, housekeeping,... was so so friendly, helpful, caring. I stayed a week, --- there is a spa, pool, bar, restaurant, outside space i adore the nespresso machine in the room as i drink coffee free breakfast, across from a mall and grocer... just take an uber to town nearby to parks and hillside viewpoints clean, comfortable, quiet, just made sense --- fantastic customer service all around ...the bed was huge, and very comfortable
