Convenient to the airport. Airport shuttle is available, but I had a rental car. There is a decent restaurant on site, which is probably why the breakfast buffet is so much better than any other La Quinta I’ve stayed at in the USA. Breakfast was included in the rate I paid. Comfortable bed and spacious room and bathroom.

Needed an overnight before our cruise. Since they had an airport shuttle and decent prices we booked a room. First the shuttle service has an interesting pickup point at one of the parking areas. We had to evade the taxi people and go up two escalators to a walkway. Not bad if you follow the instructions they emailed. The waiting area is a bit wide and it would be easy to miss the pickup but I called and was picked up in about 20 minutes after the 12 reservation we made. We will not go into the ride over the the hotel, it was, well exciting might be an ok word. As for the hotel, desk staff was professional, helpful and got us into a room quickly. The hotel was being used for other cruise passengers and workers but they did take care of us quickly. The restaurant was good but not great. I think there were too many people early and they were not ready for the numbers so several tables seated after us were leaving before we even got bread. The hotel was clean and rooms were very nice so I would use it again but reconsider places to dine.

Great hotel. Close to a metro station and with several restaurants around. It is in a village where the houses (some over 100 years old) belonged to the Concha y Toro family. There is no shortage of kindness and helpfulness among employees. Clean rooms, clean bathroom and enough size for a couple. Simple but delicious breakfast. Every afternoon (5:30pm - 6:30pm) they offer a free coffee and snacks. Likewise, from 7:30pm - 8:30pm, a wine tasting with snacks as well. A kindness that ends up compensating for the only drawback of the hotel, which is the noise generated by the echo inside. All rooms have doors and windows to a hall inside the building. The noise of conversations in the corridors and at reception (where breakfast, afternoon coffee with snacks and wine tasting take place), as well as the bell that rings every time a guest enters, echoes throughout all the rooms, including in the early hours of the morning. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to Santiago. The hotel seems to be brand new with some of it still under construction and not quite all the way operating yet (huge empty racks for a wine collection, no bar, restaurant not always open). The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. The room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with servers and menu choices rather than a buffet. The location seemed a little ify - our first night there we walked many blocks in search of an open restaurant since the hotel restaurant didn't open until 7 and we were hungry. The only thing we could find was a Chinese restaurant on the corner in the midst of all the street vendors. Side note - just down the street there is a fabulous restaurant called Chilenazo but it seemed to only be open for lunch. As mentioned by another reviewer, finding the hotel can be a bit tricky. It's located on the 3rd floor of a building that has stores and a gym on the first two floors and there is no signage. The best entrance is on Romero Street around the corner from the actual address.

I liked the hotel and the locality. The service , staff. I found only a weak breakfast. But restaurants nearby with a legal price ! I liked it quite! I found only the cost for three people.

Excellent space to share from the tranquility and comfort, the rooms have heating and the toilet is daily. The room was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.

Beautiful authentic boutique experience, attentive staff, large rooms, modern bathrooms but all with character and style. Great breakfasts and lovely garden. Very convenient location with lots of walkable local restaurant’s and several close metro options. Walk Centro for museums and Santa Lucia. Highly recommend.
