Breakfast is average, Ctrip's evaluation is not consistent; the room is really big enough for four people, and there is a living room. Although the facility is a bit old, it is well protected, but the shower head of the bathtub is not movable, which is not very good. The attitude of the front desk staff was really good and it did not discriminate against the Chinese at all.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a great location in Santiago chili. And make sure to check out the chicken love place next-door. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. It is a wonderful wonderful place to stay. We will stay again. When I left some items that were dear to me at the hotel, I went back and I found it and it was fantastic so I can’t say enough great things about this place 

Facilities: The rooms are spacious and clean. There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor heated swimming pools, gyms and other supporting facilities, so you can swim in winter, but the breakfast options are relatively limited.

The hotel is very quiet and the service is attentive. I arrived early and waited for several hours for a room, but the front desk upgraded me, which was great. The only problem is that the location is a bit out of the way.

In my opinion, the price does not match the quality, for $150 per day the hotel does not offer free drinking water, no slippers, robes, all toiletries are for an additional fee. To get a higher floor, I waited until 3 pm to check in, but the view was directly on the neighboring house and nothing more. The breakfast is average. For this price, you can rent a hotel one level higher, and get the appropriate service and comfort. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars! I do not recommend it.

In the upscale community, there are many good restaurants around, and there is a Chinese restaurant with street foods on the opposite side of the hotel. There are six recommended dishes, each of which is very good. Order a bottle of Chilean eighteen arhats, the price is similar to the supermarket. The design and decoration of the hotel is very artistic, and the first floor has sculptures and paintings for sale. The service is very good, the room is spacious, the breakfast choice is more, the welcome drink is available, and you can go to the terrace restaurant on the 9th floor. The companion said that the service is much better than the nearby Ritz Carlton service. I also borrowed a kettle from the front desk to boil hot water. The restaurant on the first floor is also very good and the price is reasonable. There is also a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. There are a shopping mall at three or four intersections.

The room is good. The breakfast is quite rich. I am quite satisfied. My Winnie the Pooh is well presented.

I really liked this hotel. When we arrived they gave us some very tasty healthy cookies. The room was very comfortable, the bed was spectacular, and the view was perfect. In front of the Arauco park. Excellent breakfast. They let us stay longer than usual in the facilities. I recommend it.

The hotel is far from the main road and is quiet. The facilities are a bit old, the rooms are small and expensive. Breakfast is disappointing, but foreign breakfast is generally so, nothing to look forward to.
